At plcparts.in, we aim to supply quality PLC spare parts and industrial accessories. Due to the nature of electrical and electronic products, returns are allowed only under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility

A product can be returned only if:

You received a wrong product, or

The product was damaged during transit, or

The product has a manufacturing defect

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that are used, installed, or tested

Electrical or electronic parts once opened

Items damaged due to incorrect installation or handling

Custom-cut cables or special-order items

Products returned without original packaging

3. Return Process

Share your order number and clear photos or video of the issue
Our team will review the request
If approved, return instructions will be shared

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

4. Inspection & Approval

All returned items will be inspected after receipt.

If the return meets our policy conditions, it will be approved.

If the product fails inspection, it will be sent back to the customer.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after approval.

Bank or payment gateway delays are not under our control.

6. Replacement

In case of wrong or damaged items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

Replacement shipping timelines depend on location and courier service.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
